If you contact Residency, we use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you. If you join the waitlist, the linked form provider processes the details you submit under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was supplied, or where the law requires it.
